Acceptance

By accessing the website, submitting forms, or purchasing session products, you confirm that you have read these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Cookies Policy, and Return Policy, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, discontinue use of the site and do not complete purchases.

Services Described

Cleansingliving provides coached functional training sessions, including single Foundation Sessions, Five-Session Packs, and Monthly Movement Passes as listed on session-catalog.html. Descriptions, durations, and capacities on the website are indicative; we may adjust scheduling or coaching staff while preserving the essential nature of the purchased product.

Eligibility and Accounts

You must provide accurate contact information when booking. You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of any credentials we issue and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of unauthorized use.

Booking and Payment

Prices are displayed in Norwegian kroner and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. A booking is confirmed when you receive written confirmation from us. We may refuse or cancel bookings in cases of non-payment, capacity limits, safety concerns, or abusive conduct, with remedies described in the Return Policy.

Studio Rules

Participants must follow coach instructions, arrive on time, wear appropriate attire, and disclose relevant physical limitations voluntarily. We may pause or terminate participation if conduct endangers yourself, others, or equipment. Consumption of alcohol or recreational substances before sessions is prohibited.

Health and Safety Disclaimer

Functional training involves physical exertion. You participate at your own risk and represent that you are fit to engage in exercise or have obtained appropriate professional guidance independently. Our coaching is educational and supportive fitness instruction only; it is not medical care, physical therapy, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not a substitute for individualized medical advice where that is required.

Intellectual Property

All content on cleansingliving.world, including text, layout, logos, and training materials, is owned by or licensed to Cleansingliving. You may view content for personal, non-commercial use. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial exploitation without prior written consent is prohibited.

Website Availability

We strive for reliable access but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, updates, or external failures may temporarily limit availability. We may modify or discontinue pages or features without notice where reasonable.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Norwegian law, Cleansingliving is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from website use or session attendance, except where liability cannot be excluded, including death or personal injury caused by negligence. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to a specific purchased product is limited to the amount you paid for that product unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
