Return Policy

This Return Policy applies to functional training session products sold by Cleansingliving through cleansingliving.world and direct booking channels, including Foundation Sessions, Five-Session Packs, and Monthly Movement Passes.

Nature of Products

Our products are time-based coaching services delivered in person at our Oslo studio or as agreed in writing. Statutory rights for consumers in Norway, including the angrerett where applicable, are respected alongside the rules below.

Right of Withdrawal for Distance Sales

If you purchase online without attending a session within the withdrawal period, you may cancel within fourteen days of purchase unless you expressly requested immediate delivery and acknowledged that withdrawal rights lapse once the service is fully performed. To exercise withdrawal, send a clear statement to support@cleansingliving.world or via reach-out.html including your name, product, and purchase date.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Individual session slots may be rescheduled without fee when we receive at least twelve hours notice. Late cancellations or no-shows forfeit that session credit except where documented emergencies apply at our discretion. For Five-Session Packs, unused credits remain valid for six months from purchase unless otherwise stated in your confirmation.

Refunds for Unused Products

If you have not redeemed any session from a pack or pass, you may request a refund within fourteen days of purchase. After partial use, refunds are calculated proportionally minus a reasonable administration fee reflecting scheduling costs, or you may transfer remaining credits to another participant with our approval.

Monthly Movement Pass

The Monthly Movement Pass covers two small-group sessions per week for four consecutive weeks. If you cannot attend due to illness, provide notice before session start; we may offer one complimentary extension week per pass cycle. Passes are non-refundable after the first attended session except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise.

Studio Cancellations

If we cancel due to coach illness, facility issues, or force majeure, you may reschedule or receive a full credit or refund for the affected session. We are not responsible for indirect costs such as travel, but we will communicate promptly via the contact details you provided.

Defective Service

If a delivered session materially deviates from the described product without agreement, notify us within seven days with specifics. We will offer a replacement session or proportional refund after review. Complaints should include date, coach name if known, and a factual description.

Chargebacks

Contact us before initiating chargebacks so we can resolve issues. Unfounded chargebacks for consumed services may be documented for payment processors.

Processing Refunds

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within fourteen business days. Bank processing times may vary. You will receive email confirmation when issued.
